Overall big fan but most recent experience left a bad impression. I ordered a lox bagel sandwich and they left out everything except the lox. No onions, tomatoes, etc. I only found out once I got home and felt sad eating one of my favorite bagels in the Bay Area.Edit: upgrading to 5 stars due to quick receptiveness to feedback!

Solid spot for bagels! We came on a Saturday afternoon and the place was quite busy, but the line moves fast! The bagels are soft, with a generous amount of cream cheese. I wasn't sure how I felt about the alfalfa sprouts in the sandwich, but they at least made me feel healthy would come back for a quite, solid bite!
