We don't live in the area anymore so not sure if the closure notice is accurate, but this was a surprising find and one of our go-tos for boba. It wasn't near any other Asian food, but the drinks here were consistently top notch - especially the roasted oolong milk tea and fresh grapefruit/orange teas (no sugar/no ice). It was always the same man working there, Ali, who was awesome, super nice and helpful. Hope it's still there and doing well!

Love this small boba shop! The tea, toppings and flavors are all great for a very reasonable price. The staff working are also very nice and efficient. Try their fresh grapefruit green tea!

Didn't realize this place existed until I searched boba on Google. I always go to the Safeway in that location too. Got Mango green tea with 75 sweetness, it's really sweet, a bit too sweet. Price is good though.
