Amazing flavor and taste. I was looking for a vegan Vietnamese spot and this is it! I ordered the soy beef pho and it was very tasty. I ordered through their site and it was super easy to pick up. Can't wait to try their soy chicken pho and grilled tofu.

I got the grilled-tofu banh mi sandwich. It comes with cucumbers, vegetable pickles, and vegan aioli sauce. I am not vegan myself, but I found this quite tasty. I believe the tofu is marinated, then grilled until it is crispy on the outside. Very good!
