There isn't a restaurant here of this name. The plant-based one listed on Google maps is a virtual store front for an old school Vietnamese restaurant that serves meat and a handful of vegan dishes. The restaurant has created this virtual identity to get online orders through food ordering apps.I've tried reporting it to Google maps for removal, but they've managed to come back from being delisted.

This is the only place where I’ve managed to find flavorful broth for a vegan or vegetarian pho. Really well seasoned and delicious!
Not Vegan as they claimThe vegetarian wonton soup (we double confirmed over the counter while placing the order) ended up having

I got the grilled-tofu banh mi sandwich. It comes with cucumbers, vegetable pickles, and vegan aioli sauce. I am not vegan myself, but I found this quite tasty. I believe the tofu is marinated, then grilled until it is crispy on the outside. Very good!

This Plant-based Vegan Vietnamese is actually the brick-and-mortar restaurant “Big Bite” operating virtually to bring plant-based food to people’s home. You won’t find the plant-base restaurant by physical location, but in the same building complex, you’ll find it as a restaurant called Big Bite, which also serves meat-based food. It’s a way for them to differentiate and target the two markets, but BE AWARE for vegans: It’s reported that the restaurant cooks “vegan” food in the same pot, grill area, and oil that are used for preparing meat products. If you’re an ethical vegan, then this place is not for you; if you’re simply plant-based choosing to consume less (or no) meat and don’t mind a conventionally shared kitchen, then the food is worth a try for its broad and authentic flavors.

This is not a “restaurant”, it’s more of a take-out/fast food place. But the food is pretty decent. The vegan spicy beef ball noodle soup was pretty good.

It is NOT a vegan restaurant and they do not make any effort to cook the food properly.

Not sure where it is located .. couldn't find the place. It says it is inside of Safeway
This restaurant is NOT vegan. They serve meat and fish. They have a separate vegan menu that only takes orders online but they cook it in the same pans and dirty oil that they fry their animal products in. When I asked for a refund I was told that because the 'vegan' menu items are placed online she has no way to refund me

Amazing flavor and taste. I was looking for a vegan Vietnamese spot and this is it! I ordered the soy beef pho and it was very tasty. I ordered through their site and it was super easy to pick up. Can't wait to try their soy chicken pho and grilled tofu.
