I visited Pete's Coffee recently and had an extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The baristas were rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting me with my order. It seemed like they were more focused on chatting amongst themselves than providing any kind of service to the customers. I felt completely ignored and unappreciated during my visit. Overall, the lack of customer service at Pete's Coffee really ruined my overall experience and I will not be returning.

They make quite a rich-flavored latte compared to many other places. The shop here is very spacy and has lots of seatings and plugs.

Over the summer I ordered via TooGoodToGo, which this location offers regularly. For $4.35 I got a couple of pastries, muffin and 2 cookies. I would buy again if I plan to be in downtown Mountain View, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

The black iced tea tasted old and sour. Blech! But I have had good hot tea here in the past.

Always great freshly brewed coffee, super clean, nice baristas.
Tripped on sidewalk on Castro St. Team was very accommodating and helped with first aid. Also got an orange juice. 10/10

Mmm, Peets coffee in general is pretty good and this location upholds that standard. Recommended for coffee drinkers and those who enjoy fruit-tea blends.

Glad to see plantbased/vegan options for snacks, including a plantbased chocolate brownie and two different kinds of sandwiches. Peets is also my go-to spot for a nice oat milk matcha which they can make unsweetened (not an option at Starbucks). This location of Peets is quite pleasant to spend time in with plenty of seating, just the right level of ambient noise and nice views of Castro.

Nice place to sit and have your coffee and read a complementary newspaper. It was a ittle busy on a Thursday morning around 8AM. Ordering ahead by 10 minutes would have been a good ideaParking: There is some parking right in front, but not too .any spaces. There is a parking lot nearby.
