Use to be really good. The pho use to have really good bone soup, but it seems they updated it and if they are using bone broth they are watering down a lot.

I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times, and I usually stick to the classic rare beef pho. This time, I decided to try something different.

The portion of meat was very generous, and there were several noodle options to choose from, which I appreciated. However, the quality of the beef was not as fresh as expected, which slightly diminished the overall experience.

We also ordered the fried spring rolls, but they were overpriced for what we received. Unfortunately, this visit was particularly disappointing compared to my previous experiences. I hope the quality improves in the future.

Sadly, both the rolls and the pad Thai were barely edible. The rolls were heavy and seem to have been frozen and defrosted. The pad Thai sauce was off almost tangy. A real disappointment.

Had chicken with rice, - since I got my dish about 15 minutes after the rest of my party did, maybe chicken was undercooked.

Bad service, the glass where the water was served was dirty with red lipstick, the food was late and not hot. The man with dirty gloves grabbed the lemon and put it in the glasses of water, since we arrived he walked around with the same torn gloves and then sat at the table to wrap the cutlery, oh no never again.

My recent visit to Pho Tran Vu was quite disappointing due to several issues we encountered during our dining experience. Our soup arrived cold, while we noticed other guests enjoying their steaming hot soup. The boiled eggs I ordered arrived significantly later than the soup. To make matters worse, our server failed to handle a lipstick-stained cup with grace, opting to examine our lips rather than providing a clean cup.

Additionally, as my friends are from Colombia, we couldn't help but notice an unwelcoming tone from our servers. This discomfort was heightened by the absence of drink refills and a delayed check, despite finishing our meal a while earlier.

Our dissatisfaction continued when we observed the inadequate seafood portion in our soup. Finally, our server’s ripped glove, and their continued use of it while handling utensils and other items, left us questioning the establishment's hygiene and safety standards.

Overall, this experience significantly dampened our enjoyment of the meal and left us feeling disappointed with Pho Tran Vu. It would be hard for me to recommend this establishment until these issues are addressed.

Bun thit nuong tasted very strongly of cigarettes. I thought someone was smoking outside until I realized it was my food. I think ashes got into it while cooking. I threw up afterwards, not coming here again.

Overpriced food. service is poor. They charged the credit card twice saying the first transaction didn’t go through. It turned out both charges got posted couple of days later. When I called back they said they only saw one charge on their end; not willing to resolve the issue. Their bad attitude is very frustrating. Definitely would not come back to this place.
