This is my first time coming to posh bagel and I really enjoyed it. I think it was the manager ringing me up and she was very pleasant, polite and professional. I'm a manager myself and I like watching her run her shift and she was doing an amazing job juggling the crowd and all the orders. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the area.
They added almond milk to my drink even though I never requested it nor did the cashier asked me if I wanted a different type of milk. When I asked the boss lady about this she tried to apologize and make me a new drink with a refund. However this wasn’t my issue. The drink was paid for and made, whatever I’ll drink it how it is.
