Traditional Taiwanese and Chinese dishes could be found at this cozy little restaurant in the middle of downtown Mountain View. Despite its small interior, the menu is surprisingly large and diverse, including some hard-to-find items such as the oyster noodle soup and oyster omelette. The soup was a bit bland, as it lacked the traditional mixture of scallions, cilantro, and minced garlic. Fast and efficient service. Large free parking lot behind the restaurant.
Did they change management or cooks or the menu? Unfortunately the beef noodle soup tastes different now (worse), and also the waitress did not proactively say the bill already pre-added tip which is deceptive.
Taiwanese stir fried noodles were yummy but wonton noodle soup basically tasted like water… I’ll give this place another try but will definitely ask what their most popular dishes are before ordering. The menu was massive.
