Food was too oily / greasy
All of us felt bloated after having food
Ambience is great.
Whether you're new to Indian food or a longtime fan, Sakoon delivers a satisfying experience. The balance between vegetarian and non-vegetarian options makes it a great choice for mixed groups, and the flavors are authentic without being overwhelming to the uninitiated.
Best in Bay Area. Love it's indian Food.
The food was salty, greesy and had not much of taste. The food made us bloated. No good
Mint Chicken was really like dry chicken with loads of green food coloring
Complete Indian food with Indian faces.. if you are missing Indian food in Mountain view.. you should visit this restaurant.. plenty of variety and options.. moderate taste.. less spicey.. good food. Adjoining liqueur bar will suffice your liqueur hunger too.. go get it.
Sakoon has great tasting food and service ie very good. This is our favorite Indian place when we are there,
We celebrated my mother in laws 80th birthday. The staff was wonderful and brought in a dessert for her and sang. Truly made her feel special!
One of the few Indian restaurants which has maintained its quality. The food is excellent and so is the service. Raymond is exceptionalin providing excellent service, always attentive and obliging. This is our go-to Indian restaurant.

Absolutely loved it here. We were in Mountain view for vacation and walked down to Castro Street and ate here one night and it was unforgettable. We arrived decently late (7:30pm) and with a 4, 3, and 1 year old.
The staff was very accommodating to our needs and gave amazing recommendations for food. We had the samosas and gobi appetizers and we had the soya and buter tikka chicken with rice and a side of garlic naan. Seriously can't say enough about how yummy everything was. All our kids ate most of it too!
Would for sure return, kids were so hungry that I wasn't able to snap any pictures unfortunately.

Decent vegetarian options with few jain customization available and not too heavy on the wallet. Food was okay but our server for the evening was pretty rude. On asking a couple of questions about the menu he started rolling his eyes. Not worth visiting again

This restaurant is always consistent with its great tasting food. The weekend buffet variety is great and they keep changing the menu every weekend. The service is amazing. We always have a great experience here.
