Ordered a salad box and they only filled 20% of the box and refused to add more spinach. Staff very unfriendly. Ended up still hungry

The refuse to accept any coupons and are very rude the say no manager when you want to talk to one horrible customer service this one should be shut down

People working here are incompetent. They pretend they do not understand what I was ordering. They charged extra for the items that came in as a part of combo. The cashier could not explain to us why we were charged extra. Nor he refunded us for the items we did not want. The guy at the counter kept saying it is the system that charged you and I cannot do anything. Always bad experience at the location. Sometimes lurking homeless people make it uncomfortable to get in the store. Sometimes the staff at the restaurant behaves fishy. This place does not deserve any stars. I cannot believe two men cannot even make and sell one sandwich fairly and smoothly. Staff members need some serious training before assisting public in restaurants.

Seem both girls here are BS. Girl with colored hair doesn't know pricing and may over charge egg sandwiches. Maybe the store is different so maybe it's the bosses fault. Who knows. But not all subways are the same and even when pressed and asked a second time she said all Subways have the same price. Not true. An egg and ham and cheese is same price as only egg. If this place is different then they need to update website and train better their employees. OR not hire bad employees. One or the other. And other girl that doesn't speak English. You can speak Spanish. Simply ignoring any conversation and only pointing to the other girl is lazy. I'm sorry I learned "lo siento no hablo español" ignoring customers in general is rude. Service is price changing and rude.

My experience is very poor customer service the bread was old and stale to begin with in a give me a footlong Supreme sandwich on Stout bread they don't care about their customers they only care about how much money is coming in the doorWheelchair accessibility: It's a very small Telco store in it's very hard to get some in and out with a wheelchair

Be careful with this location! First they told me "we don't accept coupon" then another employee from side stepped in with "actually we do accept coupon, but no meat items"! Anyway, I ordered one veggie-patty sub. They made it without the patty and then claimed that with coupon they don't give the patty! I walked out! Very rude customer service!

Does not even deserve a star. I should've looked at the other reviews before coming to this place. The lady that works there looks like she does not like her job! Talk about copping an attitude. I just ask a simple question. Anyways, they need to be retrained on customer service!

If i could give zero i would. My husband has visited this location on his way to work in the last few days and every time he got charged different price for the same sandwich he got. Today he asked the front staff and showed his receipt from yesterday. The front lady said that the owner "Henry" has said this is what is it. Take it or leave it. What a shame for the corporate. I hope someone read the reviews from other as well and do something before SUBWAY reputation....

I don't like leaving bad reviews but out of all of the bad services I've got this one takes the cake, sub was soggy, falling apart and on top of that they were being rude, energy was so off even the food tasted disgusting
