Claudia and (Dear God I hope I remember her name correctly) Alexandra were spectacular! I was in a rush to work and I had placed and order for pick up through the app and did it for the wrong pick up time! Figured there was nothing I could do about it and just ordered in store. I told them what happened because I thought it was funny but they voided my online order and got me my money back, on top of being so quick so I can get to work on time! The bread was tasted like rubber. It smashed down into a small skinny slice of bread it's not even real bread. The topping seemed very old the protein cold cuts were cheap quality they didn't taste good they had a very bad taste to it the produce wasn't that fresh it looks fresh but anything can last up to 2 weeks of venture fresh I did not like their sandwiches and I'm not going to go back they're just as bad as McDonald's
My brother was craving a sandwich so we joined him, he usually gets a BMT with everything. I prefer a veggie patty with chipotle dressing. The best way is to eat at the shop especially if you request it toasted. Then add your produce. Service is nice, the sandwich maker even asked if we wanted the sandwich split in 3 because there were three of us. The sandwich had a lot of good textures and was flavorful.
