Very bland food, the Sesame sauce doesn’t taste as it should, and the broth lacks flavour. There are no fat trims to use on the grill to keep the meat from sticking. The customer service is also subpar, for what you are paying you should expect more from here.

The servers are well trained and nice but the overall food quality is subpar. Short ribs were literally all fat and no meat. Meat quality not as good as other hotpot places like Mumu hotpot.

Combination of hot pot and Korean BBQ at this all-you-eat restaurant in downtown Mountain View. There are also some dim sum items, but I would not recommend them. Meats were of decent quality, but some or the marinated beef was too sweet. Plenty of sauces and other herbs and spices to make your own dipping sauce. Service is super fast, but each portion is relatively small. Plenty of street parking and also several nearby parking lots.

I've been returning to Superhot for years for their amazing service and very reasonably priced AYCE.
However, my last visit with my family on New Year's Day ended on a very sour note.
Here's a brief timeline of what happened:
5:05 - We are seated.
5:10 - First orders are put in. Timer for 90 mins begins.
6:15 - (65 mins) Paid our bill early out of courtesy because it was handed. My family and I were still eating and finishing our last few slices of meat.
6:17 - (67 mins) We get warned by Osvaldo that we paid and we need to leave. Howrver, we are still eating what was remaining on our table.
6:25 - (75 mins) We get an embarassing lecture from Osvaldo to which he yelled, "Next time you guys don't pay early if you aren't going to leave."
6:30 - (80 mins) We leave and are forced to pay gratuity after that embarrassing encounter.
After this encounter, it's clear to me that this restaurant values profit more than treating you as a valued customer. I will not be returning just to be humiliated again. Unacceptable, unprofessional service.

Food quality is just normal, floor is slippery and almost fall in restroom. we have 5 people but still can only get 5 meat at one time. The music taste is awful and and so loud cannot hear each others talk.
Overall, don’t be here, any other AYCE place is much better!!!

If gluttony was a restaurant this would be it. Came here with some friends the other day and I can't stop thinking about it. It's all you can eat Chinese hot pot, Korean BBQ, and Dim sum for about $38 per person. The meat quality was good and while the dim sum wasn't amazing quality, it was satisfactory. I loved the bulgogi and wagyu. The wagyu was tender. I loved how the waiters patiently explained everything and were quick with the service. The food was very good considering the price and the sauce bar was perfect. Highly recommend!

Just not good. Hot pot was bland and the meat was just not great. It was also funny that my beef tongues were getting progressively worse
However, the service was immaculate. Everything was served super quick and the staff really do take good care of you. Unfortunately, I can't eat good service. But staff, know that you guys are AMAZING 🤩

The dim sum sides and hand pulled noodle were not good, but overall worth the trip if you've got a good appetite for meat.

They rushed us out before our 90 minutes were up (we had about 15 minutes left). Only 10 items per order per table but each item was about a single person’s portion size. Other than that the food was good and the service was fast.

The service was great and the food was served promptly.
Food quality was rather average, shrimp sliders and fish sliders were almost always starch instead of meat. The speakers were loud and had a murmur

Wow! This place is amazing. The food was supreme. Our server Oswaldo was kind, prompt, courteous and went above and beyond. This was a peak dining experience for sure. My ONLY complaint is the environment is really dusty?? The bathroom was surprisingly dusty and so was the gender seating area. However, the dust doesn’t change my rating and I will definitely come back. This was one of the best experiences yet! Try the wagyu, bulgogi, brisket, prime rib, and sesame balls!

Best Hot pot & Korean bbq in the bay area. The finger ribs are to die for and you always get a scope of delicious ice cream at the end.
