Sweetgreen makes the best salads in town. The composition of their preset bowls is consistently balanced and tasty. I get the Harvest Bowl almost every time, with a few modifications - it's just so good. I do recommend the blackened chicken over the roasted chicken as it has more flavor, and at least medium on the dressing (or combine two light dressings) - it can be too dry otherwise. I find Sweetgreen to be reasonably consistent across their Bay Area locations. Ordering...
Giving them a 5 star for remaining kind and patient with people during a super rush hour. I placed an online order it did take long, however they were still nice and I can definitely understand that they’re understaffed and rushing. They’re overwhelmed and stressed. I hope they can get more staff so none of them aren’t slammed. I don’t recommend ordering for lunch lol it may take a while. Better to go in and order even if it looks very busy.
First time here and the person behind the counter walked me though the whole process. She explained what my options and substitutions were, and did not make me feel rushed, so the process was easy and the salad was amazing!
