Great ratio of boba to tea. Good boba (chewy, soft, sweet, but warm). Kind staff, they were very helpful. Welcoming store. Great display of tea leaves inside. The drinks were made quickly. The tea was a little too sweet but tasted great.
I'm local to Mountain View, so I 100% support small and local businesses that keep the Bay Area unique. Nothing against franchises, but I love that they have super good quality and unique options here at Tea Annie and that they are a local, small biz. The Tea Quality here is excellent and rivals Chicha San Chen. Not to overhype anything, but I'm a tea connoisseur having tried so many different types in Taiwan and China.
My go-to is the White Grape Oolong, They have a lot of the tea leaves on display on the front. The kiosk ordering is also convenient. The staff really knows their stuff and there are some seats, so it's a nice ambience overall. It's a friendly neighborhood tea shop. It's one of the only tea shops in this area, so that is a plus for them. Parking is a breeze in the Safeway parking lot.
Great local boba tea spot, large and confusing menu but the more the merrier. Solid boba tea
The crepes are sooooooo good! Green tea and Oolong tea are nice as well. Together made a delightful quick lunch.😀
You have to try their crepes! Made with top quality ingredient, perfect recipe, crunchy on outside soft on the inside. Fresh fruit and now I am going to stop because you have to try it for yourself. Spread the word, leave them a review our Mountain View community needs more small businesses like this!
Good hang out area. The spicy fries are exciting and true to its name. Special Lychee Okinawa green matcha worthy for lychee lovers
It’s really good but $1 for no ice is a bit insane. Not everyone likes ice cold drinks.
Tea tastes bland and not much flavor to it. It actually tastes like diluted tea with a lot of sugar. Too bad as it’s the closest boba place near Los Altos downtown.

The best tea out of any boba shop available.
Rose Iron Goddess milk tea is excellent.
Plenty of customization.

Love the fact that they have many decaf tea options. Have already been there twice. The service is great, fast and the bubble tea tastes delicious ?. I had the decaf green tea with boba.

I really really like the tea but they always say their opened on maps but aren’t actually opened
For some reason this place is adding a convenience fee to all orders. I'm always happy to support a small business but please be transparent and don't add weird mandatory fees.
Our favorite place for crepes and smoothies, pastries and sweet tofu soup. The owner and staff are all very nice and friendly.

Came here at 6pm and they were already closed. Tried to call but the phone number is disconnected. Why tho? I was hoping to give this place a try while I was in the area.
It tastes good but on the sweet side, 25% sweetness is still too sweet for me.
