This place is awesome. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate which is terrific. First time be here, the store manager and front desk staff are nice and helpful to answer my questions. Nice vibes and decorations. Highly recommend.

Huge shoutout to Justin for being so helpful! I came in looking for a unique thermal bottle and left with the cutest bunny-themed one—complete with a tea infuser, which is perfect for a tea lover like me. I even grabbed an adorable bunny decoration to match. UME always has such fun finds, and I can’t wait to see what new swag you’ll have next time!

I really love coming to this place for drinks and snacks when I'm craving for something sweet or salty. The service is great but it's also a really packed spot so service can be a bit slow as well. This place is packed for a reason. Their staff, Justin is the kindest worker I've met. I go back pretty often and he always remembers my order. Overall, I highly recommend UMe Tea for boba drinks.
