Despite being a regular customer, I stopped in today to order a cup of coffee. 1 employee catted it up with a customer at the window, while another one who apparently likes to only be rude just stood there. When I was finally able to place my order I told them I would run over to the smoke shop while they made it, which I did and they did... nothing. I came back over 10 minutes later and it hadn't even been started. So when I told them I had to go let my driver know it wasn't even ready yet, that apparently was code for, NOT making my drink and helping instead more customers at the window. When I told her that to just forget about it, she rolled her eyes AT ME. This happened Sunday at 1100. You need to hire more POLITE and HELPFUL employees. The ones that are there Monday-Friday are excellent. You should scorch and burn the rude weekend crew!

Unfriendly, when making our drinks they put the hot espresso in the plastic cup first, causing the cup to melt (really unhealthy to ingest). Also didn’t provide a knife with our bagel

My only suggestion is that if it's break time, please put a return time on the sign. I'm willing to wait while someone has a proper break and I'm willing to tip.

Coffee here is good but steer clear of the milkshakes: nothing worse than paying almost $6 for a milkshake and being served a watery concoction that’s more like flavored milk than a thick milkshake!
The staff here is super kind and friendly. I suggest the double espresso frap. Sometimes it can be slow, but overall decent drinks.

We pulled up to the window and ordered a caramel macciatto and they handed a drink to us immediately. We drove away only to realize the drink was not what we had ordered, a mistake from the order ahead of us. Why not just take a minute to make the drink we paid for? Rude, dishonest, won't be going back. Not the first issue we've had there, but will definitely will be the last.

Super friendly place. Drive thru. Good coffee. They were out of tons of stuff. We asked for 4 different food items and they were out. The staff was very nice and we ended up with tasty bagels and basic cream cheese. I would love to see some fancier cheese/bagel options in the future. If that little place can hold that up!
