Alberto's comfort food always hits the spot. Had the shredded beef taquito combination...always fire! As a single dad, I don't get to have food that tastes like home very often, unless I cook it. Christmas and and New Years is still a long way to go. So i sneak off to Alberto's every chance I get. There was supposed to be a picture of my order but I wasn't going to let it get cold.

The person who took our order was on her phone texting when we walked up and had a headphone in, when I approached she didn't listen and responded to me almost a minute later. They were not kind or polite or friendly. Also the prices have gotten out of control. Not worth the money at all.

2 bites in and I find this disgusting thing in my food. A piece of hair knotted into alien guts in my carne asada fries. ITS DISGUSTING having to pull stuff like that out your mouth and completely unacceptable. Pay attention to detail with what you serve and have cooks that actually do their job. Absolutely revolting. Will come back for my refund

This Alberto's has always been a clean location. They even maintain their salsa bar area, which is self-serve. Food is bomb, and you can't go wrong with any of their options. There is a salsa limit, 2 cups per person. Food is a bit pricy, so when you spend $10+ for a burrito, you would think you can grab extra. That being said, I have had no issues. Their portions are a bit smaller than other locations, but their prices are higher, hence the 4 stars.

A Machaca burrito is absolutely one of the worlds most perfect foods! This is always served fast and hot. The ambience is what you'd expect small fast food chain.

Used to get a breakfast burrito every day, still the same price but half the eggs sassage and cheese. About a month ago they got cheap and now there is barely any cheese. Probably look for a different burrito shop. Thanks anyway.

Food was okay, but the atmosphere and environment not to mention the customer service is wack rude and need to hire better workers. The cooks stared at us like if they hate their job or got a stinky upper lip, and the cashiers got a attitude. Never ordering from here again. I work in customer service myself, what i witnessed was not it. And when i first ordered a breakfast burrito one of the cooks dropped either the egg or bacon because they looked at me like if they were hoping i didnt see. Don't go here they hate their job and give you i hate it here looks. Food not that good anyway I've had better and service...
I love coming here, the last time I have came with my family for late night munches but tonight it just wasn't as good experience with service. The food was good but the girl that was working was food, she was chewing and smacking gum and had a nasty look on her face, when we gave our first order she rudely interrupted and snapped "Name." I believe there is a much better way of asking, she also got our order wrong. This is the only I have had a bad experience with the cashier there!

Not recommended at all, I just went to buy 2 quesadillas and I ordered them with meat and shrimp, the girl who served me told me that she would charge me something extra for the shrimp, I said yes without problems, and now that I get home and I realize He says that they only made 3 shrimp per quesadilla, it's not fair that they are that stingy
