Alberto's Mexican Food Reviews
Went to Albertos around 10pm on a Saturday night very hungry.I had the enchiladas and my wife had the rolled tacos. Both had rice and beans. The beans and rice were perfectly cooked and excellent. The rolled tacos were overcooked and hard. The enchiladas were lukewarm and tasted like they had been sitting because the cheese wasn't melted.,And this meal cost 43 dollars and change. With all the Mexican restaurants around they could use a come up so 3 stars. We did have cokes.
Food is always delicious and cooked well. They don't take long and the staff is professional.
This place has some of my favorite shrimp tacos!

Alberto's Mexican Food offers comforting meals, with the shredded beef taquito combination and Machaca burrito being standouts. The rolled beef tacos are amazing, filled with beef cooked just right, and the carne asada burrito is equally impressive. The Cali burrito weighs in at over a pound, making it a true Alberto's experience. The restaurant is consistently clean, including its self-serve salsa bar. While the food is priced higher with smaller portions than some competitors, it is always served fast and hot. Alberto's is also the only taco spot that stays open late in the area, which adds to its convenience. The atmosphere is nice, and customer service is great, making it a go-to for those craving quality tacos, especially for those from San Diego. The location has a typical fast-food chain atmosphere, but it stands out for its delicious offerings.
