Big Island BBQ and Tea Reviews
One of the only places we eat in the whole Temecula Valley. Absolutely love the mac salad, its so unique but the best Hawaiian-style ive ever had. Bbq Chicken marinade is perfect, not too sweet or salty, but so flavorful. Its quick, great prices, love the huge menu!
Going here was good, for the most part, I was greeted very nicely by the cashier and after my order he let me know it was going to be around 15 minutes for my food, but mid way during what id assume was my food being cooked the cook walked out, then back in, and proceeded to just continue cooking without any gloves or anything, truly it was good food and the service at the front afterwards was amazing as well, I had to ask for more sauce and what not and the cashier was happy...read full review

Big Island BBQ and Tea provides a unique dining experience with its diverse menu and welcoming atmosphere. While the katsu dish may not have fully met expectations, the rice, chicken katsu, and macaroni were well-liked by customers. The restaurant tends to be more of a take-out place, with inside seating feeling a bit hot and uncomfortable, but the smell of the food is very inviting. The service is friendly and attentive, especially the staff member who took orders, aiming to make each customer’s experience special. Portions are generous and worth the price, with dishes like garlic shrimp and fried scallops offering good flavor and crispy crusts. The fire chicken has good taste, even if it’s not as spicy as the name suggests. The curry katsu chicken is described as delicious, with flavorful curry and crusted chicken. The tropical fruit tea is very refreshing and full of fruits, perfect for hot days. Overall, the friendly staff, tasty food, and generous portions make Big Island BBQ and Tea a place worth considering for take-out or dining.
