I did not have a good Blaze experience! The food was undercooked, as I got the cheese bread and asked specifically to have it cooked a little extra like the picture. It can back barely melted and just terrible. There was a mix up when it came to the salad dressing... I asked for extra blue cheese and they have new crumbled blue, with a green goddess like designing just crazy. They had two customers and 5 people working. So no, will not be going back, ever.

Extremely dirty kitchen, tables, dining area. Everywhere you look there is food debris, water stains, trash etc. no way the health department is passing this place with a 90 or higher. Employees look irritable and unhappy at there job. Moral is low and it shows in the service and food quality. Get it toghether or there will be zero business coming from most of the community that actually cares about santitation and safety from where the food is being prepared and consumed. Pizza for 13.00 dollars that lacks flavor and the toppings were little too none, half pepperoni and jalapeños and half pepperoni and banana peppers. The marinara was definelty out of a can. I’m saying these things to help a franchise succeed in a community not to belittle or disrespect in anyway. But please make the necessary changes

There is no excuse for a food establishment being this UNCLEAN. This was our first time eating in dinning area and this makes us never want to order from here again. Staff ignores the obvious dirt. We came on Thursday evening (9/4/25) at 6pm. Managers PLEASE train your staff. Do a deep cleaning of this place. Please!!

Got 2 large pizzas, about $20 each. The crust is like cardboard, and the toppings are CHEAP. I barely had any toppings on my 3 toppings pizza and my husband's sauce and cheese didn't come CLOSE to the edge of the pizza. Lacking a lot of flavor and the crust is not crispy at all. Pizzas were left at front counter and no one even spoke to us. Not impressed at all for our first time going.

I've never had a bad experience at Blaze pizza until tonight. Very disappointed. Had to change the pizza to go it finally got to me warmish. Had to heat it up at the house. It'll definitely be awhile before I go back to Blaze

I recently visited Blaze in the shopping center in Murrieta, and I was impressed with their vegan crusts & veggie meats. The atmosphere is welcoming, with seating both inside and outside, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family.
I was glad to discover that all their crusts are vegan, and they offer delicious vegan soy meat as a topping option. I created my own pizza with fresh veggies and their signature vegan cheese, and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and making sure I had everything I needed.
The location is clean and well-maintained. Whether you're a pizza lover or looking for vegan options, Blaze Pizza is definitely worth a visit. I look forward to trying other crusts.
