Chipotle Mexican Grill

On my way home from Rosarito to Fontana I decided to stop here for a decent meal. I was quickly greeted by a young lady who explained the difference between a bowl & a salad. I chose the salad with chicken & barbacoa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese & pico de gallo. I ordered a large drink cup so I could mix all 3 flavors of agua fresca. Everything was delicious.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this experience was absolutely trash, The lady that helped me get my chicken bowl was absolutely in a rush and frantic to get my order together. She had repeatedly asked for help from her staff about 3 to 4 times and no one came to help her. She barely put a portion of a scoop of rice in my bowl and had like absolutely no chicken, but completely poured on sour cream and then to top it off it was $15 for some mediocre chicken bowl that had no rice or chicken! Whoever is running this franchise of chipotle needs to actually make sure that their people are inclined to do their job and help one another to ensure that individuals who come in to enjoy their food are not leaving with a bad taste in their mouth from the lack of care And attention that the staff seems to give to the client and to one another on the team

The customer service at this Chipotle is good but the food serving is low. Go to the Menifee Chipotle.

About what I expected at any Chipotle. The food is fine-to-good, consistent with what I get at other locations. The chips are kinda trash, but that's at any Chipotle. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was mostly clean.

Hey, Chipotle staff, I ordered an actual CHICKEN salad, you know, a salad that's supposed to actually have some chicken it? What you gave me was a vegetarian salad with a couple of minuscule burnt pieces of chicken in it but charged me for a chicken salad plus guacamole. You also charged me for a stale bag of chips. Since stiffing customers on portion sizes seems to be the MO of this location, I'm thinking none of the staff has been trained properly. Hopefully this gets corrected but, until it does, I'll go back to ordering from the Cal Oaks location.

Portions here are ridiculous, Last three times I’ve ate here actually. Gave me half a scoop of chicken then asked for double chicken and gave me another half scoop!

Chips are horrible

Very bad service the service attendant were very rude and disrespectful. They weren’t accommodating very short very fast trying to get you out there. Don’t wanna answer your questions just rude. I’ll never go back!! not to mention. The vegetables weren’t even cooked. They were raw.

"I visited the new location that just opened and was surprised by how dirty all the tables, chairs, and floors were. No customers want to eat at a dirty establishment. I hope the owners look for new management or they will face the financial consequences of losing customers."

Chipotle food is always good but staff does a horrible job keeping the place clean. My family and I decided to dine in and every seat and table was dirty. I grabbed a staff member and told him and he just stared and turn away. I had to wipe the area down the best i could and there was food stuck on the seats. That is poor. This chipotle just opened in the area!

Drain the juice from the barbacoa and black beans before you charge me 12 dollars for a fake burrito. Like come on man...I've never left a restuarant more let down and hungry in my life. My burrito was swimming in a pool of juice when I opened the foil wrapper. Disgusting.
