Horribly slow, dinner time, Sunday, ONE PERSON making food! Chef is behind. OUT OF COOKED carne asada, beef, chicken... OMgosh. Manager!!?? Wake up!! Other people left while waiting on mine, as did I. I waited 10 minutes and still no cooked meat. Rediculous, Chipotle!

What an absolute joke guess I don't have the right skin color I watch them make the same burrito for another customer 3 times the size of mine then they proceed to make me the smallest 15 dollar burrito I've ever had I tell the guy what's that the burrito you made before was 3 times the size of mine he says it was mostly rice I said I would of taken more rice and he says nothing replace these high school kids absolutely insane

Went Into this location and let me tell you it ain’t it! I’ve given them a couple chances and they can’t seem to get it together. I asked for barbacoa and tell me why they really were about to give me the scraps of the container. I said you guys don’t happen to have anymore in the back. The employee looked at me like the questions I asked wasn’t reasonable. Never been back and I love chipotle I’d rather drive down to the one in French valley.

I don't know what is going on with Chipotle, but the last few times I've eaten here have been a bit different than they used to be. The rice on my last visit tasted old, almost like it was made and refrigerated the day before. The service is great though. The food is just OK.

(Online-order) My Daughers Steak Bowl was half full with very little steak. We put in the order with no Tomatoes in here Bowl.They did not follow directions.So she did not eat most of it. My Bowl had very little steak and was half empty. almost no rice in both, portion tiny. Last Time I visited almost every other piece of stake had Fat on it. It was Gross. I call and complained. Multiple Bad experiences in a row over months. Consistently Bad!!! Would not order again from this Clinton Kieth Location. I never asked for a free meal after. Not worth the Disappointment again. Tables, floor, counters, Dirty every time. Smells like Sewage outside, Like a sewage problem. (In store visits) Lot of Flies outside and inside. There were flies landing on the food behind on the service area. That was the last straw we walked out. This review is over multiple visits at this location some online orders and pick-up order in store. Will never go back to this location again!!

Get there at 9 o’clock on summer break. Tells me no chicken, no steak. All they were doing was prepping for close and didn’t want to help customers get food. Annoying, especially after waiting 10 minutes and once ready to order, they tell you they don’t have 2 proteins. I’m going to another one, if any at all. Sick of chipotle

A burrito you order online that should take a few mins to produce somehow takes 15+ mins with no one in line because most of the staff literally stands around. The definition of no respect for your time. 👎

When I walked in two of the employees had head phones on. I was not greeted upon arrival. There was no one in line and I had to wait a couple minutes for the girl to come to take my order. The girl who built my order was stingy with the portions. I had to ask her for extra rice multiple times. I understand it was late and it appeared they had started pre closing however not acknowledging a customer is bad customer service.

The place was not clean. Their food was cold and it tasted like it was there all day. Will not go back. Definitely not the same quality of food anymore. In a good note I didn't feel rushed ordering.
