Loco usually always gets an easy 5 stars with me. This location seems to serve small portions than O'side, escondido, and the many others I visit in San Diego County. Not sure why when the prices are the same. My meal was good, therefore 3 stars.

Stop by this location late afternoon in hopes to pick up dinner for my family after a longs day of work. To my surprise I was informed that there was no Chicken available. It is real disappointing that you go to a location expecting to purchase what they are Known to sale but not have the product available. Do Better Pollo Loco. Had to grab dinner elsewhere.

I love that the cashier/clerk but my order correctly and included these sauces I wanted as well as enough of them. It sounds like such a simple task but not always so in modern America these days. She was awesome! And I love how she anticipated are needs. Wish I would have gotten her name or else I would mention her more specifically in this review.
