Just saw an employee push trash down with his hands and continued to bag food with out changing gloves or washing hands they’re service is really bad most managers at this location are very in experienced and compared to other location this one has to be the worst management doesn’t care so I saving h trouble and go anywhere but here they’re managers are in experience and don’t know how to manage a store

Ordered my food online. Came in to pick it up had several people look my way and not even acknowledge me. Waited 5 mins for someone to even asked me what I was here for if I was a person waiting to order. I’m just standing there! What is the whole purpose of ordering online if I’m still waiting when I get there?! Staff was completely rude when I said I’ve been waiting here for someone to come to the front!

Poor customer service. Rude associate that was too busy loudly speaking to co-workers in the back to acknowledge customers. Perhaps actually come to the counter and take customers orders instead of forcing people to use a single kiosk.

I just Doordashed food from here and you can’t add any sauces or syrup? You don’t even charge for them.

1/5 Stars - Appalling Experience at Jack-in-the-Box Clinton Keith I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Jack-in-the-Box on Clinton Keith. The manager, David, demonstrated appalling customer service skills.
I ordered a burger, but when I took a bite, I realized it was RAW. I drove back to the jack in the box went to the counter, and David argued with me, insisting it was cooked. He took it to the cook, Yesenia, who nonchalantly said, "Oh yeah, it's good." When I asked him how she checked, he revealed she simply grabbed it and continued cooking. To make matters worse, I witnessed her handling another customer's food with the same dirty hands she used to touch my raw burger.
When I asked David about my fries, he claimed I ate them all, showing me the remaining fries in the bag. The whole experience was disgusting and unsatisfying.
The food quality and customer service at this location are unacceptable. Manager David's attitude and unwillingness to listen to customer concerns are alarming. I will not be returning to this Jack-in-the-Box.

This is the best jack in the box I’ve been to, I’m not even exaggerating. The atmosphere was fantastic, service was outstanding, and literally it’s the best food I’ve had from a Jack in the box. I give applause to these workers, thank you!
