I usually love this place and location hate to be that person but I came here at 8:40 pm after the gym to grab some food for my family and mother in law before they closed I understand they close at 9 pm but I thought I came at a good time before it’s my mother in laws favorite wanted to surprise her after she got off work the girl attending me seems very cold and kind rude I understand she wants to go home but I mean they’re still open it’s not like I came 5 mins before they closed and they were not busy I was the only one there the other girl that made my sandwich seemed nice but idk why are you in customer service if things like that bother you sucks I would’ve tipped them but I didn’t like her attitude towards me seems very sturn I’m just a customer sucks pls get people that want to work in customer service

I hate to do this, but this is the 3rd time I have ordered a Philly, and the people who are cooking them keep giving me a dry sandwich. Its literally so dry, absent of cheese and enough veg that I'm really mad. 3rd time at $20 for a giant.
Honestly this is unacceptable.
I'm being handed a $20 loaf of bread with some chicken in it. A pinch of onion and peppers. Not ok Jersey Mike's. Not at all.
I'm not going to buy your Philly if you want to go the route of Quizno's quality.
It would be great if you would actually fix this.

The sandwiches are always good and same meats and vegetables. I wish they would create something like The Mikes Your Way Italian Burrito with the hot relish sauce and get their Beer License.

The nicest and best jersey mikes location I've been to. The staff was extremely kind, inviting, and accommodating to dietary needs and questions. The tables and floors were very clean and the counters were kept clean. The bathroom was clean and stocked. All the staff seemed to jive really well with eachother. We came in right before a lunch rush and their online order system went down. The whole team handled everything quickly and kept the line moving while handling the online orders that kept coming in. It was such a great experience and a great place to eat. We don't live around here but honestly the best experience of a jersey mikes we have had.

One of the worst Jersey Mike's on the face of Earth. Always understaffed, illiterate, do not do curb-side pickup even though it is "offered," ALWAYS get mobile orders incorrect, and hardly ever clean the inside. Go somewhere else.

The staff at this store is amazing. They create a very welcoming, positive and pleasant environment. I was here a few weeks ago and Isaac helped me. He was sooo rad! Kind, good vibes, an all around good dude. Today, the three retentive working here carried the same aura. I was completely blown away. This store staff, and leadership are the benchmark of great customer service and customer experience. PLEASE commend the employees here. They're doing an outstanding job!!!

I got a severe case of food poisoning after eating here. It’s easy for me to trace it back to this because I fast daily and typically only eat one meal a day. On this day, I ate a jersey mikes California club.

First off, the service was great. Nothing against the employees.

But damn, I ate the sandwich at 7pm and woke up at 2am with a fever and the need to use the restroom. Threw up for the first time in 20 years. Took the day off of work to recover from a fever, stomach pain and diarrhea.

I’m a healthy 30 yr old so it was crazy the severity of illness I got from eating here. Just giving people a heads up to be careful.
