Not a good atmosphere. Looks dirty. Food looks old even they just open up. The worker seems nice and cordial. Needs to clean the place and organize

I like to order pancit canton for my wife here! It's the ONLY place that I can find that makes orders fresh to go like this- hence my 4 star rating- their other food only gets a 3 star to me. They also have pre made food (small quantities in trays), but they may have been sitting for awhile, and sometimes not look so good. Baked goods also. This place (in my humble opinion) needs to step up their game and increase the size of their food tray selection. There are plenty of seats inside.

I've enjoyed stopping by this restaurant for food on several occasions, and I've always had a good experience with the food itself. The atmosphere inside is cozy, and I appreciate that they sometimes play Filipino music, which adds a nice touch to the dining experience.

However, I gave them 3 stars because of a significant mix-up with an order I placed for lechon for a baby shower with over 40 guests. A new employee took my order but scheduled it for the wrong date, which was understandably frustrating.

While I didn’t feel the initial customer service was up to par, I do want to acknowledge that the owner personally called me to apologize for the mistake. They offered alternative food options, which I declined, and when I went to the store for my refund, the owner apologized again. Their efforts to address the situation give me hope that they value their customers.

Despite the inconvenience, I might consider returning in the future, mainly due to the owner's willingness to reach out and acknowledge the error.
