The service and food was great! The food was brought out within 5-7 minutes after ordering. Can’t beat that! The waiters were really good and would check frequently to see if anything was needed. We went at 5pm on Friday and the staff was on point, all 3 waiters waited on us too so that was nice, they just pretty much rotated each table but at the same time knew what each table was doing. Nothing like a hot bowl of Pho on a 100 degree day. Good thing Pho Tho has good air conditioning. We have been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile and decided to try it for lunch. It is conveniently located not far off the 215 on Murrieta Hot Springs. It is a spacious restaurant situated in a strip plaza with a lot of parking.
