R&B Tea Murrieta

I really wanted to like this place, but after multiple visits, I'm done giving chances. My orders have been wrong nearly every single time, whether it's the wrong order, missing toppings, or completely different flavors than what I paid for.

The staff is polite, but the accuracy and attention to detail just aren’t there. It’s frustrating to spend money and not get what you ordered. Mistakes happen, but when it’s a pattern, it shows poor management or lack of care.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning until they seriously improve their service.

Amazing staff ! And products ! Very clean and always a great vibe to be at. 😌 I have probably tried almost every drink. Nothing can disappoint! There’s a drink for all weather and mood 🤙🏽 XIOUVANI.

Great menu items and kind staff! Love the tea and bubble waffles are a must try especially with the cheese cream 😋 10/10 recommend stopping in!!

I was excited to try this place, but had a disappointing experience. I came in with no other customers and ordered two drinks. The first took a while, and the second was forgotten completely—even after others were served before me. I had to keep reminding the staff, which made me feel like a bother. It’s frustrating to tip in advance and receive poor service. The drinks were just okay… will not return after waiting over 40 minutes

I’m allergic with dairy, I’m ordered sub soy milk but they still add milk on it, make me reaction real bad

This just ain't it

Two times I’ve been disappointed by this staff. The first time we ordered and paid for boba and when we got home only 1 out of 4 of the drinks had boba. This time we ordered ahead for 3:45 pm and when we got there at 3:50 they said they had no order and to check again. We showed them our confirmation and somehow the order “magically” appeared. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it won’t be ready until 15 minutes after the scheduled time? If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered the most popular boba tea on the menu, the brown sugar boba milk tea. I get the drink and it looks nothing like the picture on the wall at all and it gets even worse when I actually drank it! This tasted like straight milk and boba and nothing else, I literally drank this outside and had to spit out my first sip! Walked inside and told the staff they messed up the drink and they confirmed it and gave me a new drink. This new drink looked promising because it actually looked more like the picture but it still tasted bad. This time it tasted like a burnt marshmallow in every sip and it doesn’t matter how much I mixed the drink, it still tasted the same. I was really looking forward to this drink so I even went home and added more milk and mixed it all around but it was already ruined. Had to throw out the drink in the end.

Overall not great. The server wasn't entirely sure whether the teas had lactose in it. We ordered two taro milk teas and they're weirdly sour (like the staff). I had my drink made half sweet and it was still pretty dang sweet. For 6-7 dollars a drink... personally think there are better boba spots in murrieta!!

It really didn’t taste like anything

Good if you do and don't like super sweet things! I love this place! When I go, I get the jasmine green tea unsweetened and the unsweetened Hawaiian tea which is just black tea with fruit, it tastes amazing. They have so many kid flavors like oreo milks, smoothies, bobas, etc. Give it a try, its a nice treat item! My nieces love this place. I will post photos next time because I drank them already lol!

Vegetarian options: They have waffles which are vegetarian.

Dietary restrictions: Everything automatically comes with sugar, so just keep that in mind. they dont have sugar substitutes.

I like the boba here a lot but lately the employees have been gunning for tips especially on pickup orders. a bit odd considering the recent pay raises in CA.
