This Starbucks and staff go above and beyond in service, product quality, cleanliness, overall kindness. Plus the coffee is addicting due to the quality and consistency of products. Today I went through the drive up and the app was not working and the Starbucks staff comped my drink- it made my day and is outstanding customer service. My favorite Starbucks around. Thank you for your outstanding work!
Very friendly, came in for a pumpkin latte for my mom. The woman with red hair overheard me and made one, but I ordered a pumpkin latte w/ chi. It's not her fault I changed my order at the last minute. She made it with no problem. My mom (coffee lover) loved both of them. Great service and really great coffee by the beautiful lady with red hair. I tip my hat to you ladies. ?
