The host ID 019B5432, the worst person to serve, told me that she doesn't care because she charged me $20.22 for a sandwich that I have always paid for at $14.50. I don't recommend you go there and I will report them because it is a robbery and I asked her to verify and she just said I can't. do nothing well maybe rude because I'm Latino and she's white, but I'll report them to the city for being incompetent

I recently went to this location with my daughter, we ordered a big warm cookie and a 6" sub. As the guy was making the sub I noticed how the food looked sitting out in the containers and how dirty it was in there. The guy made my sub with one hand bc he was so lazy and didn't put a glove on. I paid, got to the car and opened my sandwich, it was falling apart and consideringthe look of rhe place got nervous and didn't want to eat it, so I went back in with the sub and asked for the Manager, the guy said he had to call them on the phone if I wanted a refund. So I waited for him to do so and the Manager said the refund would hit my credit card in 5 days. Here we are two months later and no refund. I even went back in since they do not answer their phone calls and left my phone number to have the owner/manager call me. And still NO one has called or refunded me. It's the principal here and this is why I am rating your shop with a one star. Still waiting on a refund!

Workers don’t give a damn how they handle your food. The girl that was working was cleaning and started making my sandwich without washing her hands… I don’t even think she changed her gloves. In the middle of the sandwich making process I told her to keep the sandwich and walked out. I went to the store bought some tasty bread and meat and made my own. 20 dollars an hour?.. GTFOH

Decent sandwich but the guy Diego who I believe was the manager was extremely rude. He automatically rang my combination as chip and when I asked for cookies instead of chips he just rudely said I already rang it up as chips while walking away to the back. I was the only person in the store so it's not like fixing the issue would've held up the line and the cookie combo was the same price as chips. No sorry, no thank you, nothing.

Great subway sandwhich , fresh bread. just the right amount of sauce my sandwich was not soggy and the right amount of veggies , cant go wrong with a roast beef and pepperoni so delicious and i have to say i had great service.

Went to this location for the first time because it is on my way to work. The man who helped me was very incompetent, he was throwing the meats and toppings on the sub. I have never watched someone working in Subway do that before, the Provolone cheese was pulled apart unlike it’s half moon shape, he was using the same plastic gloves to move things from the front to the back and handling food. When he squirted the sauces on my sub it was all order the place. I was hesitant to eat my sub, but I ate it but it didn’t taste good like it normally does. Like it wasn’t fresh. I’m definitely not going back to this location. I wasn’t able to take any pictures because my camera on my phone isn’t working right now. Otherwise I would have took pictures of the mess. And it seems they have changed their southwest chipotle sauce at subway because it doesn’t taste the same.

Best subway in Murrieta. Always so generous with portions and very friendly. I live next to a different subway but come here instead. Today I cheated and went to the location nearest to me cause after school traffic, Friday traffic, and construction traffic happening all at once and regret it terribly they were even stingy with veggies it's just wet bread. I'll never go elsewhere again this location is worth the traffic. Keep up the good work you guys!
The food chain is well known for good healthy choices. This location in particular is right next to a Starbucks and Ice-cream parlor, temptations and as expected the food quality is good, staff is friendly and sitting area clean.

I ordered two footlongs on the coupon buy one get one free. I only received one footling and one 6”. It appears the staff can’t read. This location has always messed our orders. I tried to call them to let them know and they never answered the phone. I tried six times. I have attached a photo of the receipt. Don’t go to this location it sucks.
