Went in to grab a sandwich. The girl helping me was just slapping everything on really fast without any care. I didn't care to much about that. But what I do care about is there was something wrong with the bread. I ended up getting sick for the next couple days. I want to say it was the bread that clearly burnt in the oven, and the onions that were not fresh.
I'll try to stick with sandwiches places that actually care a little more.

I love me a good subway sandwich. I have been craving this sandwich ALL WEEK. Finally I had the chance to go tonight, I walked in with a smile on my face in a GREAT MOOD. I saw that the guy working was making some pick up order sandwiches so I was super patient just listening to music letting him make his sandwiches while I decided if I want chips or a drink. He was making these sandwich orders delicately and they looked delicious. After about 5 minutes he asked me to order and with a smile on my face I started ordering. I ordered a foot long sandwich on white bread, turkey, and american cheese. Cool, amazing, great. He slides my sandwich over and I proceed to tell him I would like extra mayonnaise, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers and some parmesean cheese. I always ask for extra mayo but when going to subway I never have to ask for extra veggies. I noticed he barely put any in the sandwich and I asked if he could please add extra of the veggies I asked for. He barely added anything extra and didn't add any extra cucumbers (I should have asked again but I felt bad asking twice). On top of the fact that he didn't add any extra veggies he had an attitude the whole time and very much half assed my sandwich. He would also while I was in the middle of talking he would cut me off and start talking to whoever came in and stop making my sandwich. I understand that it's the end of the day, it's nighttime, it's dinner time. But why was he handling pick up orders so nicely and slapping shit on mine with an attitude. I gave him no reason for him to be rude and half ass my sandwich. The whole time I was very kind, said please and thank you and had a smile on my face because I was excited for this sandwich. Anyways he wrapped up my sandwich I payed and left. I was in such a horrible mood after that but it gets worse. I proceed to go home and open my sandwich. Not only is there 4 tiny cucumbers, and barely any lettuce on a footlong sandwich while I had to ask for extra. (I know it was the end of the day but there was still a lot of toppings in the tubs and I saw him making the other sandwiches with good proportions) when I bit into this sandwich it was so freaking dry all I tasted was the bread. I felt like I was a victorian child finding bread on the floor during the plague except I actually payed for this. I don't remember his name but it is Sunday April 13th 2025 and I went at like 8 30 pm and some chopped ass dude with an attitude was working. Subway I have been a LOYAL customer at this point just hire me because nobody deserves to be let down by a subway sandwich like this again.

This is probably the best subway I have ever been to. I have been training next door for 3 weeks, every time I come in I get great service. Today, I met the manager, and I can now see why this location has great service. She is amazing, very friendly and outgoing. Keep building your team and keep up the good work. The host ID 019B5432, the worst person to serve, told me that she doesn't care because she charged me $20.22 for a sandwich that I have always paid for at $14.50. I don't recommend you go there and I will report them because it is a robbery and I asked her to verify and she just said I can't. do nothing well maybe rude because I'm Latino and she's white, but I'll report them to the city for being incompetent

I recently went to this location with my daughter, we ordered a big warm cookie and a 6" sub. As the guy was making the sub I noticed how the food looked sitting out in the containers and how dirty it was in there. The guy made my sub with one hand bc he was so lazy and didn't put a glove on. I paid, got to the car and opened my sandwich, it was falling apart and consideringthe look of rhe place got nervous and didn't want to eat it, so I went back in with the sub and asked for the Manager, the guy said he had to call them on the phone if I wanted a refund. So I waited for him to do so and the Manager said the refund would hit my credit card in 5 days. Here we are two months later and no refund. I even went back in since they do not answer their phone calls and left my phone number to have the owner/manager call me. And still NO one has called or refunded me. It's the principal here and this is why I am rating your shop with a one star. Still waiting on a refund!

Workers don’t give a damn how they handle your food. The girl that was working was cleaning and started making my sandwich without washing her hands… I don’t even think she changed her gloves. In the middle of the sandwich making process I told her to keep the sandwich and walked out. I went to the store bought some tasty bread and meat and made my own. 20 dollars an hour?.. GTFOH

Decent sandwich but the guy Diego who I believe was the manager was extremely rude. He automatically rang my combination as chip and when I asked for cookies instead of chips he just rudely said I already rang it up as chips while walking away to the back. I was the only person in the store so it's not like fixing the issue would've held up the line and the cookie combo was the same price as chips. No sorry, no thank you, nothing.
