We had a party of 6 3 adults and 3 kids and automatically got charged a gratuity fee.. but what topped it is the restaurant charging a gratuity on top of the for the restaurant so like a total of 38% for tip getting taken out? Ridiculous that is honestly insane to do that on top of a percentage you already charged us for a server lol. Especially cause the kids got kids meals. ??‍♀️

Don't order online. I'm from Irvine. I called for order and they left out the crawfish from my "prepare your trap". I called multiple times and it wasn't busy when I just picked up food from them. They finally picked up after 6 calls. And told me to drive all the way back so they can give me crawfish. My food already got cold. I wouldn't recommend ordering online. Maybe in person and eating there is different. But I wasn't happy. Drove home with...
