Stood in front of the chocolate case for over ten minutes waiting to order. They continued to serve the line waiting for drinks instead of my wife and I. Walked out due to terrible service.

Came in looking for something to bring to a book club on a Thursday evening. The young gentlemen who helped me was a DOLL. His advice was expert - and I really liked his personality. My purchase came to thirty dollars or so. The machine for my card was from centuries ago and couldn't handle a simple transaction. Luckily, I had cash on me, but really ? The four stars are for the wonderful help and the gentlemen. I don't know about the quality of the chocolate I purchases since it was a gift for new friends. But honestly, with so many other gift stores in the Oxbow, I'm hoping the owner gets this poor dude a modern machine! Most people don't carry much cash anymore.

Wandered into this place after lunch and in search of a sweet treat! What we got was 4 clueless employees that had no idea what they were doing! Zero Common Sense in this establishment! It was literally pouring rain outside and when we asked if we could stand inside and eat our ice cream they said No! I would skip this place in the future and go to Woodhouse! So expensive and horrible staff!

Stopped in to get some ice cream, and the quality was excellent. He had vanilla, and I went with vanilla with a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon. and chocolate strewn throughout ~ absolutely unique and unbelievable!

We visited Oxbow Market for the first time in June, and we discovered Anette's Chocolates. This chocolate is fabulous quality and everything we purchased was amazing. We actually prefer this to Fran's Chocolate in Seattle because Annette's taste more home-made and small-batch. Plus we were so warmly welcomed by the nice lady behind the counter, we are planning a return in the fall to purchase more!

I ordered the chocolate after my trip to Napa and WOW..shipped in a coming box. Wrapped beautifully and absolutely delicious. I ordered the honey comb to make a Blums Angel food cake from my childhood. I am sure it will be devine. Highly recommend!
