My significant other surprised me with this tasting, loved it! The place inside had a warm welcoming color palette, sleek design and who doesn’t love a sparkly chandelier! Enjoyed the presentation, information and entire experience. The brandy selections were great, a bottle was “adopted” and brought home lol. For me, the star was the charcuterie board! The cheeses, meats and bacon jelly are sourced local, so delicious we obtained the names and bought them at a local market...
This was a great experience and a wonderful way to expand your wine tasting experience! We had such a lovely time and great conversations. Learning about brandy and the different ways it is distilled and the fruit combinations was truly educational. My husband is a bourbon/cabernet drinker, and I am a scotch/pinit noir drinker. This is one of the best non-wine related (but still kind of wine related) experiences you can get in Napa. My wife and I walked in thinking we would have a quick tasting before dinner and ended up staying for about 1.5 - 2 hours. We were just engrossed in the history of brandy and the enthusiasm of everyone there.
