My wife and I are local to Napa. While shopping downtown, we were referred to Charle Parker’s for their Happy Hour. We were very disappointed; not by the service but first by the numerous mistakes with the order, and second, by the bill. What we found is a deceptive practice. The menu with the Small Plate list, which historically has been an array of 1/2 priced items, has been carefully reduced to a few items with HH in tiny letters.
