El Pollo Loco is a fantastic place with delicious food, especially the Shredded Chicken Pollo Bowl with Avocado Sauce. The location is clean, and the service is excellent, with a friendly cashier named Dolce. The chicken is amazing, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. However, Superbowl Sunday was disappointing with wrong orders, including crispy tacos with the wrong meat. Despite this one bad experience, El Pollo Loco is generally a wonderful dining option.
