Tell you what, the food is damn good and super affordable. The service is pretty mediocre, but i really do believe they do the best they can do. This place is a mom and pop shop with a lot of younger high school or just out of school kids working the front. It can be a bit frustrating, but the food is usually really great and worth the hassle.

I’ve had good experiences here in the past. Today I walked in at 1:30 and couldn’t seem to get the attention of any servers, though I appeared to be the only customer. The music was blasting, and everyone seemed to be in cleanup mode, so be warned: maybe they effectively close earlier than 2. I walked out without purchasing anything. I’m basing my food rating on past visits.

Great food at good prices. Lattes are very affordable at $3.25 for a small or $3.75 for a large. While they could come out at a warmer temperature, they taste very good and there are a variety of syrups you can add. Breakfast bagels are also affordable at $4.75 for a simple egg and cheese, and they are substantial and taste good. Bagel types are limited, but they have at least 5-7 different types to choose from. The dough is excellent as is the cream cheese, of which there are many types. They also haveany different types of smoothies (although these are overpriced at $8.50), and breakfast staples which are more fairly priced. Breakfast burritos are pretty good and only $7.50 for a basic one. They also have seasonal items such as pumpkin lattes and many different specialty drinks and high end treats. Coffee cake is not to be missed. Muffins and croissants could be better, but they do the job. They have packaged soups in the refrigerator that you can take home and many bottles drinks - kombuchas and such. I usually stick with the basics - either a breakfast bagel or a bagel with cream cheese and a latte, as these are the most competitively priced and I'm usually in a hurry to get back to work. Definitely beat Starbucks being able to get a latte and bagel for the same price of a Starbucks drink. Service is fast and they are pretty efficient, despite being mostly younger employees. The place has a nice little ambience and the locals seem to like it. There is never too long of a wait to get your food. The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is sometimes a drinks are not as hot as I prefer. One of my co-workers is a huge fan of their lox bagels. All in all no complaints, I have a lot of respect for them keeping prices so competitive especially in a high priced place like Napa

Amazing bagel sandwich! You have to try the Bottlerock bagel sandwich and the fresh squeezed orange juice! No regrets. Amazing.

I stumbled acrossed this place while driving around in Napa. I was immediately greeted which made me feel quite comfortable. They have so many options I asked for a suggestion. My breakfast sandwich was so big I could barely bite it. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Breakfast sandwich cost about $12.00, but completely worth it to get real food and large portion. Next time I'm in Napa I will definitely return.

First time here. Just a couple things. We loved our sandwiches. Their prices are slightly lower than many other similar restaurants in Napa. But here’s the one thing I’ve noticed, last week at another place in Napa & here, no one ever came out to wipe down tables or sweep floors. It was not busy at all & we all judge a restaurant in how clean they are. And although the music was Latin pop & catchy, it didn’t seem to correlate to a bagel shop atmosphere. Maybe have a wider genre, something for everyone. I think Walmart did a good job at a diverse playlist. Anyway, the sandwiches are good & I heard the smoothies are excellent. We’ll probably just order take out next time.

Second time I go since they changed ownership and they get my order wrong. The young girls working there don’t seem to care much. Trying to order why they’re having their side conversation. Worst coffee drink I’ve ever had. Not sure who taught them to be baristas. Also, if you want to meet someone there for coffee and have a conversation, go elsewhere. They have the music so loud you won’t be able to hear the order person.I hardly write reviews, but this is the second time I go and both times have been bad experiences.

Rude Staff!!! Went there a few days ago for brunch and the lady who took our order did not want to be there. Her attitude was disgusting. When our food was ready I got up to get our food and she said she’d bring it to us then she proceeded to throw it on the table. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL!!! This place has gone down hill. The bagels are mediocre. Not worth your time and you’re better off making your own or buying at the store. Will not be going again…super disappointing.
