Huckleberry’s at Best Western Inn in Napa is a good spot for diner food, especially for breakfast. The pancakes were generous and the scrambled eggs were fluffy. Yet the best of all for me are the beignets. Similar to a doughnut these were delicious! Just about every thing on the menu at Huckleberry’s is Southern style and or Cajun inspired. Eva is an outstanding Server Extraordinaire!! Very attentive, knowledgeable, patient and constant lovely smiles.My coworkers THOROUGHLY enjoyed the okra. I had the chicken salad. There was a serving of chicken & waffles and shrimp po-boy.

First time at huckleberry's and won't be the last. Hidden and hard to get to with limited parking but the food is worth it. I ordered the stacked chicken and waffles and it was delicious. Enough for 2 to share to be honest. Lots of flavor. The Mississippi is a gigantic meal as well. Loaded with ham bacon sausage and eggs and potatoes. Delicious.
