Associates are rude, they she yelled and sat there and called me names, they got my whole order wrong, I asked for a refund and here we are 4 days later with no refund and they keep saying “we will call you tomorrow about it” and when I said why can’t you just do it now, they hung up on me and won’t answer. The worst place in napa.
yeap in these days of covid19 conditions... just arrived make line to get in ordered and paid... they say in 15 mins will be ready... ok i get out n waited outside listening to some iheartradio station... 15mins get inside n the young lady said do u come for an order yeap i replied whats your name Julian... and whalaaa...
