Entry to dining area was difficult to find due to closure of lobby of Embassy Suites. After walking through a construction zone our party entered the bar area where there were several tables. They lacked tablecloths and place settings. Though we had made reservations through Open Table, they did not ask our names. However, the staff was professional and courteous.
Parking: It´s a little confused, the restaurant is inside the hotel. You have to go through two lobbies to find it.
We took a three-day trip to Nappa and visited a ton of wineries and restaurants. One of the nights we wanted to go somewhere that wasn't much of a walk and this had good ratings. We did NOT realize that it was located inside Embassy Suites until we got there, and at that point, we figured we'd give it a shot. This was easily the best meal that we had during our entire stay. The service is top-notch, with attentive and knowledgeable staff, including Nathan, who provided exceptional service. The ambiance is elegant, with a beautiful bar, chandeliers, and windows overlooking a ballroom. While the lighting can be a bit bright, and the live music can be loud, the overall experience is well worth it. With generous portion sizes and incredibly delicious food, Grille 29 is a must-visit destination for any food enthusiast.
