This is a rating purely based on the gift I received from my employer. I have the chocolate chip, hazelnut, and brown butter cookies. Deliciousness... with the added salt at the top... it perks up the flavor. These things are huge, and so tasty. Please don't eat them all at once. Please save some for later, lol!
Just experienced the magic that is cheese with Hillary and La Saison's virtual kit/class. Loved, loved, loved it! The pairing was perfect, Hillary was a great instructor, and it's an exquisite treat for turophiles.
