The food was excellent, aswas the staff and service. Overlooks the golf course, and though we weren't staying there, they couldn't have been nicer. Reasonable prices too! We each had the Flatiron with chimichurri. Great wine selection, as you would expect in Napa.
I was really not expecting a lot compared to the last time I ate at Silverado, but I can safely say the food, service - overall experience- really exceeded my expectations. The food was flavorful. I was lucky enough to get one of the chicken pot pies before they sold out (fabulous by the way). Chef came by to chat. Server was awesome and overall service was attentive but not intrusive. Just right! I’m looking forward to going back again!
Food was excellent and so was the service. Spouse and I went there a couple years ago and it was NOT a great experience. The design of the place has changed a LOT and for the better. Comfortable and spacious seating, with an open environment. Manny, out waiter, was on top of it and Chef Patrick stopped by a few times to check in as well. So, this place has a resort vibe and lots of guests rockin golf attire, which adds to the places unique make up. I definitely recomend.

Based on reviews, Matchplay Kitchen + Bar has a very delicious menu. The porkchop was very well flavored and the thousand layer potatoes were amazing. Drinks were refreshing. Service was phenomenal, with attentive and conversational staff. The atmosphere features a remodeled interior with great decorations, plus shuffleboard and darts. However, the Zabuton steak was grizzled, and there were annoying flies. The dartboard is not regulation height and has no oche line.
