We booked a tasting for my birthday and enjoyed every minute of it. Not too busy and the outdoor patio had plenty of shading. The tour was very informative and we didn’t feel rushed but truly welcomed and learned about the vineyard. Beautiful inside and outside and I would definitely recommend!
Just WOW- we loved the unique wines, beautiful architecture and labels, and the friendly staff! While we had an excellent experience at each vineyard we visited, this was our favorite stop of our Napa trip. We were hosted by Miguel in a beautiful private tasting room, who was super informative and friendly, and a Napa Valley native. I had a great experience at Materra. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a glass of their delicious sauvignon blanc. The Materra Experience, their guided tasting experience, is an intimate and thorough introduction to their locally-grown wines. Expect a red wine-forward tasting with breadth and a delicious cheese board as well. We will definitely be coming back.
