The night staff already closes the lobby when it's 9 at night and I think it should close at 10 at night not at 9 and that they are rude, more than anything the employee Iliana is rude to the clients and at 8 at night they don't let you use the bathrooms and they don't sell hot chocolate at that time of night please manager do something about that thank you

Absolutely ridiculous to not have anybody upfront taking orders. When the robot you order at malfunctions you aren’t able to get anyone to help with it either. Terrible experience, never coming again.
Everytime I Order something they get it wrong I come for a breakfast and coffee they give me coffee with no cream or sugar as asked for and for lunch they ask what sauce I want with nuggets I reply bbq and ranch dressing they dont give me nothing so why even ask?

I went there Friday 1:30 order two cheeseburgers no pickles extra onions in a medium fry. So simple 😁 but they f***** it up no extra onions and they don't care and they make $20 an hour crazy crazy!!!!
