Nothing is ever consistent here with the food. But one thing for sure you are guaranteed that some of your order will be cold . I use to love McDonald's until I have gone here. Prices are outrageous now for what you get.

The night staff already closes the lobby when it's 9 at night and I think it should close at 10 at night not at 9 and that they are rude, more than anything the employee Iliana is rude to the clients and at 8 at night they don't let you use the bathrooms and they don't sell hot chocolate at that time of night please manager do something about that thank you

Absolutely ridiculous to not have anybody upfront taking orders. When the robot you order at malfunctions you aren’t able to get anyone to help with it either. Terrible experience, never coming again.
