The food was excellent, however the reservation area person needs more friendly service. They wouldn’t take us in before our 6:00pm reservation. Restaurant opened at 5:30, it wasn’t crowded. They only took 3 reservation ahead of us with maximum 7 people.
Have a 6:00pm reservation, they opened at 5:30pm. They would not take us earlier, I can see if they were crowded and they are not. Only 3 reservations were able to get in before 6:00pm. Really disappointed at the reservation table. They could have taken us sooner.
I made a reservation online but the host didnt find it so she asked us to have a seat and wait. 20 mins go by and we're ignored so I asked if the wait was much longer, or if I could just order to go. I'm told they dont offer food Togo and then I'm asked for proof of my reservation. (Why didn't you ask me 20 mins ago??)
