I had to come share the amazing service we received from this location. From the Phone order to pick up... everything was so awesome. So friendly, helpful and on-time. Actually did us a favor by having our order ready right when they opened. Wish everyone had this kind of service.

Ordered soup for dinner. "We only have apples as a side." There were racks and racks of bread behind the employee and bread on the shelves. When I asked about the bread "oh, those are for tomorrow." They couldn't give a customer a bowl of soup with a side of bread when there was bread everywhere?!?! We left.

Once again another Panera disappoints! Place the order, fresh flood, but the order was wrong again… in multiple towns we think their process and ordering will work and nope… don't get me wrong the food is fresh, very fresh! Forgot items added additional items we didn't ask for the. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the forgotten item. Uncut sandwiches… food unwrapped, not enough silverware, staff unprofessional!! And they acted like it was our fault!! This time I needed to say something!! I don't know if it's management at each location or their training… this is terrible!!

Every time we come here they are sold out of everything. It makes no sense that they are not ordering enough product. Management needs to address this issue. It's been more than a few times we've had to walk out.

Food was alright but when I eat I don't want to feel like I am at a nightclub the music was absurd and oddly loud i had someone across the table from me and couldn't hear them.

The service was absolutely horrible! It took 30 minutes to start to get our order and a total of 45 minutes to finally get everything! The last item was a toasted bagel! The employees were standing around talking while everyone was waiting for their order!! My chicken salad sandwich hardly had any chicken salad in it! Very disappointing!!!
