I had to come share the amazing service we received from this location. From the Phone order to pick up... everything was so awesome. So friendly, helpful and on-time. Actually did us a favor by having our order ready right when they opened. Wish everyone had this kind of service.
Once again another Panera disappoints! Place the order, fresh flood, but the order was wrong again… in multiple towns we think their process and ordering will work and nope… don't get me wrong the food is fresh, very fresh! Forgot items added additional items we didn't ask for the. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the forgotten item. Uncut sandwiches… food unwrapped, not enough silverware, staff unprofessional!!
