Stopped by because of the new calzone special because no was available to answer the phone. I was told sorry we are out! Gave another try and called this time to verify if they had calzones a week later, but I was placed on hold for 7 minutes and never heard back from anyone. I called again and was hung up on. I gave a last try and was put on hold with no one again caring that I was on hold to place an order or ask a question. 4th call someone answered I questioned them on calzones and again out! not going to give another try. Customer service is lacking and please don’t advertise an item you don’t have.

Disappointed with the customer service at this location today. Called to put in an order and they disconnected me instead of putting me on hold. Called me back and they immediately put me back on hold. When I was ordering the pizza, the person rushed to take my order and ended up getting the size wrong. When I arrived to pick it up, employee was on his phone. Took me saying something for him to turn around and actually get to work. Didn’t even put the instructions in the pizza. Not the end of the world but annoying nonetheless. You can do better.

When specifically asking for LIGHT RED SAUSE….. I don’t want to bit into a 5 gallon bucket of sauce… if light sauce means it stills poors out of your mouth then that’s not “light sauce”

In love with take and bake from this location. We ordered delivery. The artichoke spinach chicken with feta is the guilt free healthy version I needed to justify an occassional carb bomb! Loaded ingredients and superior delivery service. Will make this order a regular

While it's not authentic Italian/American pizza, I like that I know that the veggies and other toppings are fresh. They also have great salads and little kits for kids so that they can build their own pizzas. The prices are terrific and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Frequently get expired dough that is grainy and does not rise. I worked here 20 years ago, so I know what expired dough looks and tasted like. The workers don’t weigh or measure the ingredients, so pizzas are super inconsistent. Today I went in and the cashier was holding her phone and watching the Super Bowl while she was ringing me up. Super disappointed with Napa papa Murphys. It was much better with the old owners.

Well, we are now ordering our pizza from the American canyon store. Napa store was not online(no one knew why) and would not honor the online corporate special. They became rude and beligerant. Horrible customer relations.
Papa Murphy's in Napa has always been my go to for great pizza, handmade and easy to bake in my kitchen. The prices are still affordable in this economy and I love the selection they offer. They employ mostly younger people. I love that! These kids are amazing! You are greeted with a warm welcome upon entering the store and always a smile and a thank you when checking out. Great service, my pizzas are always to my order and ready when I arrive. The pizzas are prepared with quality fresh ingredients every time. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Now I know why all the bad reviews! They wouldn't let me use any coupons or my rewards in person at the store, including the Yelp check-in 15% off deal. The girls working said I can only order online and use the coupons. Then I'm walking out the door and almost eat it because something slippery is spilled all over the doorway. And, no instructions came with my pizza. Edit: Googled baking instructions. Pizza was bangin'!!

Just left Papa Murphy's with a family sized pizza. On they way there they called and informed me they were out of a specific ingredient. They gave me a few options and I chose the one that worked best for my family. When I arrived just moments later the pizza was ready and waiting. I appreciate the fact the called so that we did not have to fix the issue at the store then wait for the pizza to be made. Not the end of the world that about the ingredient either.
