I had an unfortunate experience at Silverado Market & Bakery due to the attitude of the lady at the cash register. My wife, who is on disability, was treated with rudeness, indifference, and what seemed like a lack of empathy. The cashier's demeanor came across as dismissive and, at times, even disrespectful, which is unacceptable in a customer service role.
It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially in a place that should prioritize making every customer feel welcome and valued. Customer service plays a crucial role in any establishment, and I strongly recommend better training to ensure that all staff treat guests with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed our visit, and I hope the management takes steps to address these concerns.

Yummy breakfast foods and drinks
Sam and Joe were excellent. Full service with a smile. We had tea and a gluten free chocolate muffin which both were delicious. Cute little shop with a terrace and a view. Out of the way of the hustle and bustle.

Oh boy. The kids run the daycare!
Today, I had one of the most displeasurable dining experiences in my life at this market. If you can even call it dining. The setup is simple: you place an order, pick it up, and either eat there or take it to go. I ordered a mushroom pizza and after waiting 35 minutes, I asked the staff about my order. I was told my pizza had been flipped inside the oven and I would need to wait another "5 minutes" for a replacement.
However, I ended up waiting an additional 35 minutes before the pizza finally arrived. 70 minutes total. My pizza was in a stack of other pizzas, and given the situation I should have been given my pizza first after such a long wait. But the cook did not make the connection or even think to offer better customer service at this point. Furthermore, the so-called pizza chef was visibly upset that I was unhappy, but I explained that better communication could have alleviated the situation. At no point was I informed about the delay or the issue with my pizza; I had to be proactive in asking. Waiting 70 minutes for a pizza, which was not very tasty, is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, this is the only dining option available on the premises that isn't expensive. Someone seriously needs to address these issues. There were other patrons who asked me about my experience who had been waiting for their Pizza as well. The staff takes an excessively long time to make pizzas that are subpar at best. I will be opting for GrubHub next time.

Great place in a beautiful location to grab a sandwich or snacks. Pricey and not a place for coffee, creamer, or other essentials.
Good place to grab coffee (if you like Starbucks) and snacks. large variety of drinks, wine, beer and opens early, closes late. lost 1 star since some staff not very friendly. Seemed a bit unhappy with job but service was still efficient.
Very nice little market & bakery with a variety of picnic items, souvenirs, wines, spirits, and other beverages. Freshly baked pizza and outdoor fire ring were lovely touches.
We've had several quick bites to take from the market, including tasty muffins for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. The sandwiches were unusually good and there isn't nearly the length of lines that we've experienced elsewhere in the Napa valley during the crush season, so that's a real added plus. We'll be back!

Starbucks Coffee Shop along with a Market offering wines & food.
Patio was full of trash, tables and chairs not cleaned up overnight, leftovers from pizza the night before. Needs a good steam cleaning, too. Not a good look for Silverado.
Fast, friendly service for our group’s coffees.
Beautiful setting, good pastries and friendly service.
Great selection of snacks and drinks. Patio or lawn seating, with heaters and a fire pit. Lovely setting
