Starbucks in Napa is known for its super friendly workers who provide a lovely experience, like Melissa who helped with the app issue. They serve coffee in reusable cups, which can be confusing. Despite this, the white hot chocolate is made very well and the staff is friendly and helpful. Customers appreciate the quick service and are willing to return for another visit.
