Had a Pumpkin Spice Latte today there.Terrible!! Then had my favorite, Hazelnut Latte. Terrible also. Get some Training!!!!

I witnessed something today at this Starbucks. The person in front of me didn't have a mask on in his vehicle , but the barista asked him to put a mask on. When he told her I don't have a mask she refused to give him his drinks that he ordered. This is going through the drive thru. I personally go through the drive thru to avoid people and to keep socially distant . By the way they never make the drinks right.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I went to a different Starbucks before stopping by Target, and they didn't sweeten my coffee. So I thought to myself, oh awesome! I'll just ask the Starbucks in Target if they could give me a little bit of simple syrup in a cup... they REFUSED. Seriously?!! You are open to the public and I know for a fact it has nothing to do with COVID-19, they are just being rude by refusing to give me a tiny bit of SWEETENER?? In a nutshell, I will never go to this Starbucks EVER again.

I asked for a vanilla cream cold brew and was given the wrong drink and then when I told the employee she gave me attitude so she then dumped half the drink out and put milk in it and it still wasn't what i asked for. At that point I just gave up and walked out with a drink i didn't like.

Starbucks always deliveries good quality coffee. It's also a great place to pop up the laptop and get some work done!

This starbucks is terrible with lazy employees. I waited in a very long line on a very hot day, I desperately needed some ice water because I was overheating. When I asked for a large ice water and even offered to pay full price for a drink just for water I was still denied. The reason? They were running out of large cups and didn't want to go back and restock. WHAT PART OF I WILL PAY FULL PRICE FOR JUST WATER DONT THEY UNDERSTAND?!?! It's pure laziness and a customer was turned away because of it... someone needs to retrain these people and teach them how to 1: be kind to a customer 2: restock their stations.
This was the worse experience I've ever had. 2 people behind working. The lady in the cast is cleaning while the guy with red hair is taking orders. I guess the way they do it here is take 7 orders and then decide to make drinks. It took me about 30 minutes to wait in like and receive my drink. Listen if you're in a rush do NOT come here. Terrible

Just because I'm a regular and I've been coming to this Starbucks for 14 years does not give them the right to be rude and ignorant and insulting. I've gotten cold coffee the wrong coffee and even the wrong charge for the coffee. I would not recommend Starbucks and I will never walk into Starbucks store again.

This review is not so much about my iced tea and lemon pound cake but more about the service. I waited for 20 minutes while this young woman patiently assisted customers some knew what they wanted others not so much. Some were unpleasant or couldn't be bothered to return the baristas hello. She was so considerate, patient, friendly and inside I'm sure frazzled since she was working solo but she never rushed someone, or behaved in anyway stressed. She took it one customer at a time. Thank you!

Saturday morning, they were exactly 2 other customers. The guy at the coffee machine was busy chatting with them, and the woman who took my order was wondering around doing other things. I finally gave up waiting for my latte and left without it - I didn't have time to wait while they did everything but make my latte. Who's the manager here?
