The drink itself was fine, but the ice-to-liquid ratio was way off. A little over half the cup was ice, with very little drink left once it settled.
Just heard your employee, Miguel, very excited to tell his coworker that he had gotten a compliment from a customer.
Really made my day hearing someone proud of themselves, I suspect this man, Miguel, actually cares about customer service, unlike 90% of the businesses in this town.
Much appreciated brother.
And thank you for never giving me a hard time about hanging out and charging my devices and eating cereal.

I never had a complaint about any Starbucks store. Excellent and a variety of good coffees and some sandwiches and more.
